In most cases where a huge lapse of time passes between website updates, negligence is usually at the root of it all. This time however
is an exception, as I have spent the past several months engaged in intense conditioning for a crossover into Mixed Martial Arts. The sport has been cleared
for competition in 39 states in which Pennsylvania was one, and the opportunity to compete in both indie wrestling and MMA couldn't be better. You can expect to see
a transition in technique to be borne from the two related genres ...
Meanwhile, back on the 'net, I have recently begun a campaign on Facebook. You can find my page under the name of my not-so-mild-mannered alter-ego (that's Harold Reddick
to the uninitiated, or to the folk who've yet to discover that I write a column). In fact, archives of The Other Side of Ropes may begin to appear on my page there, as well as
new write-ups documenting my progress in training and the usual rants.

YouTube.
